Builders grant Lee BIA a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, distribute, adapt for formatting, and promote submitted materials in connection with the Parade of Homes, including website listings, event publications, promotional campaigns, and related marketing.
This license applies for the duration reasonably necessary to administer and promote the event and maintain historical event archives, subject to applicable agreements.
Builders remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of their submissions.
Registration, Fees, and Event Rules
Participation in the Parade of Homes may require registration, eligibility verification, payment, and acceptance of separate participation agreements.
These Terms of Use do not replace the official Parade of Homes participation agreement, judging rules, payment terms, or event requirements.
Where a specific participation agreement governs a builder’s entry, that agreement controls matters relating to the entry.
Refunds, deadlines, eligibility, and judging procedures are governed by the applicable event documentation.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the website’s design, branding, text, graphics, organization, and original content are owned by or licensed to Lee BIA or their respective rights holders.
The Parade of Homes name, associated logos, and event branding may be protected by trademark or other intellectual property laws.
